Dorset Chamber is finalising plans for the glittering Dorset Business Awards ceremony, taking place later this year at the Bournemouth International Centre.

Working alongside partners Brighter Production, the Awards continue to be a staple night in the county’s business calendar. This year the ceremony celebrates its 25th anniversary and will be a night for all to remember.

This year’s entertainment, details of which are kept under wraps until the big night itself, is sponsored by Custom World, providers of bespoke fitted furniture.

Charlotte Cox, customer service manager at Custom World, commented: “We have been in business for over 30 years in Dorset, and the Awards go a long way to recognise the hard work everyone puts into making the county a great place to live and work. Sponsoring the entertainment was a fun way to be involved and we are looking forward to a good night of celebrations.”

Stuart Dixon, head of marketing communications at Dorset Chamber, added: “We are always so pleased to have such productive partnerships when it comes to putting together an event of this scale. All our sponsors and partners have been instrumental in helping everything come together so we can’t thank them enough for their support.”

One of the evening’s highlights is the live social media wall – it is the opportunity for guests to show off everyone’s glad rags, get the teams involved, and cheer on everyone’s achievements. This year the social media wall is sponsored by the team at ESET UK.

Jake Moore, cybersecurity specialist at ESET UK, said: “Being an international company with a UK office based in Bournemouth, it is important to us to be a part of the local business community, making people aware of what we do and offering support in cybersecurity protection. As a technology business, we felt the Twitter wall was a perfect fit to showcase our services.”
